DUNEDIN, FLA. — Phyllis M. Libby, 94, formerly of North Sebago, died on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, in Dunedin, Fla. after a lengthy illness.

She was the widow of Lt. Col. Kenneth N. Libby, USAF Retired, who died on Dec. 23, 1988.

She was born Sept. 23, 1919 in Effingham, N.H., the daughter of Ernest S. and Helen Louise (Cutting) Meloon.

She was predeceased by two sons, Kenneth N. Libby and Allen E. Libby.

A graveside service will be held in Freedom Cemetery in Freedom, N.H., in 2014. Arrangements are in care of Bibber Memorial Chapel, Kennebunk. www.bibberfuneral.com
