Lawrence Reid

SOUTH PARIS — Lawrence F. Reid, 64, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 peacefully at his home.

He was born in Winchester, Mass. on Nov. 4, 1950. He was the son of John and Frances Reid. He graduated from Saugus High School in Saugus, Mass., and then entered the food management business, where he worked for the majority of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Nitza Collazo Reid of South Paris; his four children, Jennifer Keller of Alexandra, Ky., Andrew Reid of Seminole, Fla., and Peter and Trevor of South Paris; his four siblings, John Reid of Falmouth, Mass., Barbara Tewksbury of West Newbury, Mass., Jane Parrott of Harrison and Stephanie Gargiulo of Spring Hill, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews that knew him as “Luscious Larry.” A service will be held Saturday morning, Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at St. Catherine’s Church in Norway.
