LAKE TROPICANA, FLA. — Jeremy Scott Collins, 30, of Lake Tropicana, Fla. and formerly of Harrison, died unexpectedly on April 7, 2011.

He was born on May 2, 1980.

He is survived by his father, Robert Collins of Lake Tropicana, Fla.; his mother, Karen Bardsley Collins of Kingfield; his sister, Shelley Collins of Waterville; his son, Gage Burgess of Naples; his daughter, Isabella Lefebvre of Casco; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Burial took place in Levy County, Fla.
