Holly Wilson

BROWNFIELD — Holly L. Wilson, 68, of Brownfield passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 1, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in North Conway, N.H.

Holly was born in New York, N.Y. on Jan. 4, 1947 to Franklin and Shirley Hardenburgh of New York, N.Y.
Holly was a homemaker most of her later life and worked for different companies as
a manager and sales associate. She met a lot of her friends through her jobs and she was
a very likeable person with a heart of gold.
Holly loved bird watching, gardening, reading, cooking, yard-saling and collecting lots of
unique trinkets and baskets, which she had scattered throughout her home.
She had a huge green thumb and had a very large collection of different houseplants.
She had numerous cats over the years which she had rescued and had given them all a forever home.
One of Holly’s greatest joys was her grandson, Andrew, whom she loved dearly and spoke highly of him to everyone that knew her.

Holly was predeceased by her parents; her brother, Andy; sister, Debby; and her second husband, Herbert Wilson, whom she selflessly took care of at their home while he was sick with Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Holly is survived by her daughter, Lisa; her son Jason; her grandson and granddaughter; her first husband, Wayne Weaver; sisters, Susan Hardenburgh and Bobra Ferdenzi. Holly will be cremated and her ashes scattered in the ocean as she had requested. There will be no visiting hours. There will be a celebration of life for her at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harvest Hills Animal Shelter in Fryeburg in her name.
