NORWAY — Harold G. Ellingwood, 77, of Harrison died Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Bangor on Oct. 27, 1934, the son of Harold F. and Frances Lucille Hunt Ellingwood. He served 24 years in the U.S. Navy. He had been an electrician and retired from the Portland Water District. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and camping.

He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Howard of Bangor and Richard Ellingwood of Branson, Mo.; and two daughters, Mari-Lynn Winn of North Berwick and Lisa Johnson of Harrison.

He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret; and his son, Harold.
