LOVELL — A Celebration of Life for Kay Frances Brown, who passed away on Nov. 13, 2017 at the age of 80, will be held at the Fryeburg-Lovell VFW (10 Smarts Hill Road, Lovell) on Saturday, March 24 from 1 to 5 p.m. Everyone that knew Kay is welcome to stop by. Kay is deeply missed.
