It is with great sadness that the family of Roger M. Lee, 65, of Bridgton announces his passing on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018.

Roger is lovingly remembered by his cousins and their many children for whom he unfailingly rang the doorbell on Christmas Day dressed in his red suit and beard, and with a laugh as big as his heart, distributed gifts to all.

As the chief instructor pilot for King Aviation in Mansfield, Mass., Roger shared his quick wit and aviation skills with student pilots for many years. Roger retired to Bridgton in 2014.

Predeceased by his close companion Cindy Magill in 2017 and by his mother, Joan Miller Lee, Roger is survived by his father, Richard Lee, and his stepmother, Gail Graham Lee.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.
