Jane Kelly

Jane Beckhorn Kelly, 65, of Bridgton, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 with family by her side.

She was born in Elkland, Pa. on July 17, 1950, the daughter of Howard J. Beckhorn and Winifred D. Mapes.

Jane loved Maine and the town of Bridgton, which she called her home. Jane operated a Pilot Car business with her husband, escorting oversize trucks across the entire United States.

Jane is survived by her beloved husband, Brian Kelly of Bridgton whom she married on Dec. 22, 2012; three sisters and five brothers; two daughters and two sons; 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A private gathering of family and friends will be held at her home in Bridgton on March 6, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m. to celebrate Jane’s life. Invitations and details will follow.
