Cynthia L. Shepard, 60

AUBURN — Cynthia Louise “Cindy” Shepard, 60, of Bridgton, died early Sunday evening, June 11, 2017, at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn.

She was born on March 22, 1957, in Wakefield, Mass., a daughter of George E. and Gladys I. (McKinnon) Crocker. Cindy attended local schools, graduating from Wakefield High School.

On Feb. 12, 1977, she married George Shepard at St. Joseph Church in Bridgton.

Cindy was a loving homemaker and the consummate farmer’s wife, helping with anything and everything to do with the day-to-day chores on the Shepard family farm.

She enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, her work on the farm, and loved her animals.

Cindy is survived by her husband, George of Bridgton; her children, Michelle of Bridgton, Timothy Shepard of Bridgton, and Steven Shepard of Naples; and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Steve.
