Barbara Smith

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. — Barbara M. Smith, 67, formerly of Bridgton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Oct. 17th, 2014. Barb was born in Houlton, to Kempton and D. Audrey Smith.
She graduated from Morse High School in Bath, and moved to Bridgton in the 1960s. She then moved her family to Seminole, Fla., in 1983 to be close to her aging parents.
Barb was proud to be a Laboratory Medical Technologist for more than 45 years, and worked at the Bridgton Hospital (NCMH) for 17 of those years.
She is survived by Hank Ross and daughter Angela Smith Jolley, both formerly of Bridgton; a granddaughter Alexis Jolley; sister Judy Warren of Bridgton; brother Tim Smith of Waterford; nephew Ken Dutton and niece Stacey Dutton Tash, both of Bridgton; and nieces Heather Smith of West Haven, Conn., and Stephanie Smith of Brooklyn, N.Y.
