The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from September 24 through 30, 2010:

David W. Allen, 52, of Naples, had a charge of failing to stop for a law enforcement officer on Aug. 23, 2010 in Sebago transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jason W. Allen, 22, of Canton, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 22, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Conor Brick, 25, of Limerick, was found guilty of drinking in public on Aug. 15, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.

Eric Bridges, 46, of Steep Falls, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 6, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Timothy E. Curran, 42, of Naples, had a charge of fishing without a valid fishing license on June 26, 2010 transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Eric D. Danilchuk, 29, of Revere, Mass., had a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 24, 2010 in Fryeburg transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Martin Darling, 47, of South Portland, had a charge of operating a watercraft to endanger on Aug. 1, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Ryan W. DiMare, 19, of Medford, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Kenneth D. Dodge, 22, of Raymond, had charges of domestic violence assault, assault and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 7, 2010 in Raymond transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michael F. Dow, 39, no hometown listed, was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on Aug. 26, 2010 in an unspecified town and was fined $100.

Sonya Jean Dyer, 40, of Harrison, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 12, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Martin J. Garvey, 60, of Boynton Beach, Fla., had the following charges on July 17, 2010 in Casco transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury: two counts of operating a watercraft while under the influence of an intoxicant and one count of failing to comply with duty to submit.

Michael C. Gemmell, 28, of Casco, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (one prior conviction) on Aug. 13, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Madeline C. Gianatasio, 57, of Fairfield, Conn., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on July 23, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Patrick Francis Gibbons, 19, of Whitman, Mass., was found guilty of drinking in public on Aug. 1, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.

Alex V. Giordano, 19, of Medford, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Seth Jewett, 25, of Largo, Fla., had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Aug. 8, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Andrew Labbe, 22, of Poland, had a charge of motor vehicle speeding 30 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit on July 30, 2010 in Raymond transferred to the Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michael Joseph LaCourse, 45, of Buxton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 7, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

David Lind, 46, of Raymond, had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 24, 2009 in Raymond transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Robert L. Lyons, 64, of Standish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 16, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Amanda G. Martel, 20, of Epping, N.H., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 7, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Kirk E. McDermith, 46, of Denmark, had charges of driving to endanger and disorderly conduct by using offensive words and/or gestures on June 25, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Cree B. Mitchell, 18, of Casco, had charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Aug. 3, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Walter L. Morrison Jr., 59, of Dracut, Mass., had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 11, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Mark Osmond, 46, of Casco, had two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 9, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jay W. Sprinkle, 55, of Bridgton, had two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 4, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

John Stryker, 48, of Bridgton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 4, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Charlotte A. Sweet, 19, of Londonderry, N.H., paid a $200 fine by waiver for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg.

Michael G. Tecci, 19, of Middletown, Mass., was found guilty of possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Brandon Lee Tracy, 21, of Bridgton, had a charge of criminal mischief on July 18, 2010 in Windham transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

John J. Us, 48, of Fairfield, Conn., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on July 23, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Adam J. Vigeant, 19, of Litchfield, N.H., had a charge of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 17, 2010 in Denmark dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Victoria E. White, 53, of Bridgton, had charges of assault and disorderly conduct by use of offensive words and/or gestures on June 12, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Austin J. Wood, 18, of Naples, had charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Aug. 3, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

James E. Wood, 53, of Otisfield, had two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 19, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
