PORTLAND — The following individuals were indicted November 4, 2010 by a Cumberland County Superior Court grand jury for crimes allegedly committed in the Lake Region:

Jesse Chatfield, 36, of Denmark, one count each Class A aggravated trafficking in Schedule W drugs within 1,000 feet of a school and Class B trafficking in Schedule W drugs.

Mark Swanson, 52, of Casco, one count each Class C operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (prior convictions), Class E violation of driver’s license restriction and Class E leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Cory Waugh, 27, of Lewiston, one count each Class C domestic violence assault (prior conviction), Class C domestic violence terrorizing (prior conviction), Class D criminal mischief and Class D obstructing the reporting of a crime.
