State Indoor Track & Field results

Lake Region sophomore Leah Plummer ran a personal record of 1:03.81 in the 400 meters Saturday at the Class B State Indoor Track & Field championships at Bates College in Lewiston and placed sixth in the event (winning time was 1:02.07 posted by Aaliyah Trask of Leavitt).

Plummer also competed in the high jump, but her final result of 4-feet 6-inches did not place (17th place, winning jump was 5-4).

In other State Meet results:

• Jenn L’Hommedieu of Fryeburg Academy was ninth in the 55-meters in 7.80; June Robertson-McIntire of Belfast won the event in 7.41.

• Raider Bridget O’Neil was #11 in the 400 meters in 1:05.46.

• FA’s Abigail Hewes recorded a time of 2:39.05 to place 10th in the 800 meters (Alexandra Brent of York won the event in 2:26.64).

• In the 4x200 Relay, Fryeburg was 10th out of 28 schools in 2;00.03; Cape Elizabeth was first in 1:52.42. Meanwhile in the 4x800 Relay, the Raiders earned eighth in 11:10.70; Medomak Valley won in 10:20.04.

• The Fryeburg Academy boys placed #27 in the 4x200 relay in 1:49.59; York won in 1:38.00.
