Thelma May Groom Centurino, 98, passed away peacefully in North Carolina on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020.

Born on Aug. 19, 1922, Thelma had a long life, enjoyed traveling with friends and family and spending summers at Sebago Lake. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.

Surviving family include William H. Shanley; daughters, Doris Shanley Bridgers and Lee Ann Centurino of Sebago; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was held on Monday, Jan. 4 in the Immaculate Conception Church in Everett, Mass. A graveside service followed at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
