Stanley M. Skillings, Jr.

Stanley M. Skillings, Jr., 80, formerly of Sebago, died Saturday morning, Aug. 27, 2011 at his home in Bridgton.
He was born in Sebago, a son of Stanley and Victoria Skillings. Stanley worked most of his life as a carpenter and jack-of-all-trades. He enjoyed woodworking, spending time with his grandchildren, reading and eating seafood and sweets.
Stanley was predeceased by his first wife, Glenna Tracy Skillings; his second wife, Anne Leary Skillings; his daughter, Pamela Goodwin; his sister, Evelyn Mains; and his brother Ernest Skillings.
Surviving are his two daughters, Donna Grover of Bridgton and Nancy Skillings Goodwin of Dexter; his son, Dana Skillings of Sebago; two brothers, Clifford Skillings of New Gloucester and Richard Skillings of Casco; his sister, Phyllis Hoyt of Naples; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
