BRIDGTON —Shirley I. (Ross) McConkey, 78, formerly of Naples, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015, at her home.

She was born July 25, 1936, in Bridgton, a daughter of John Ross and Musie Shaw.

Shirley and her husband owned and operated McConkey's Market in Naples, and enjoyed all their patrons for over 30 years. She enjoyed family times, knitting, crocheting and her dog Tuffy.

She was predeceased by her husband Richard McConkey; a sister and three brothers.

Surviving are four sons, John and his partner Melanie, Dana and his partner Anita, Scott and his wife Shirley Jo, and Brett and his wife Stacy; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
