CASCO — Shirley I. Hall, 85, of Casco passed away on June 20, 2011 at a hospice facility in Wintergarden, Fla.

She was born in Medford, Mass. and grew up in Gorham. Shirley loved to read, paint and watch the wildlife from her home on Quaker Ridge. She will be sadly missed by her friends and family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Small, and later by her second husband, Hacker Hall.

Shirley is survived by two sons, Walter Small, Jr. of Pawcatuck, Conn. and Blaine Small of Casco; her daughter, Pamela Knights of Kissimmee, Fla.; two stepsons, Conrad and Loren Hall, both of Casco; her stepdaughter Margaret Flagg of Naples; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are by Hall Funeral Home, Casco.
