NAPLES — Sarah Jane Tripp Zahl Orr, 87, of Naples, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013 at her home.

She was born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan, on March 5, 1925, the daughter of Ted and Hazel Jackson Tripp. She completed two years of college and had been employed in medical records for Dr. Barter. She sang with “Sweet Adelines,” loved to sew, knit and do counted cross stitch. She enjoyed word games, crosswords and playing cribbage.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Bailey; her son, Richard Orr and his wife Lori; stepchildren, Barbara Napolatiano and James Orr; six grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel and Benjamin Bailey, Amie Bailey Green, Kenneth Hyder and Angela Helle; four great-grandchildren, Noah, Leah and Connor Bailey and Riley Jordon, who was her best friend.
