Ruth Fox

WEST LOVELL — Ruth M. (Orrs) Fox passed away Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, at her home in West Lovell, where she lived for more than sixty years, married to her loving husband Charles W. Fox Sr., and raising four children.
Ruth was born Dec. 27, 1940, in Brunswick, daughter to Harold Orrs and Ruby A. Orrs (Barter); with three sisters, Muriel, Eleanor, and Donna.
Ruth is predeceased by her husband of more than 45 years, Charles W. Fox Sr.; and younger sister Donna Wedick of Nashua, N.H.
Ruth leaves behind her siblings Muriel Kolovatos from Portsmouth, N.H.; Eleanor Paine of West Paris; three half-sisters and two half-brothers; daughters Ruby Bickford and husband Dave of Bangor, Marie Barker and husband Dennis of West Lovell, Norma Johnson of Fryeburg; son Charles W. Fox Jr. and wife Tina of Oxford; and best friend Shirley Danforth of Lovell. Ruth also leaves her legacy of nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Ruth will be buried beside her loving husband, Charles W. Fox Sr., in the Lovell cemetery. Please join us for a celebration of her life on Saturday Dec. 13, 2014 at 1 p.m., at the V.F.W. Hall in Lovell.
Ruth will be missed but not forgotten. We love you Mom, mommy, gram, grammie grouch, GG, Auntie Ruth and very dear friend.
