Sarah Dvorak of Bridgton has been selected as the Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club’s “Citizen of the Month” for February.

Each month, the Rotary Club recognizes a Lake Region High School student who displays good citizenship and contributes to the school community. The recipient is honored at a Rotary breakfast meeting and is presented a savings bond.

Hobbies: Mud Runs and 5Ks with my dad, hanging out with my friends.

Future plans: I will be traveling and seeing the world. I want to find myself and what my interest are before I put money toward college.

Schools that you have been accepted to: Going to travel the world.

What is your favorite class? Yearbook because it teaches a student how to manage time but also allows them to be creative.

What is your toughest class? My toughest class is Humanities, because it pushes me to be a more efficient student.

How do you balance your class work and your extracurricular activities? I have free periods during school, which I can try to focus on my schoolwork and get help from teachers.

Who has inspired you educationally? Most of my teachers inspire me to do my best and never give up on myself — to just keep pushing forward.
