Cam Arsenault

As a senior, Cam Arsenault decided to play his first sport at Lake Region.  He picked track & field.

“We are fortunate that he chose track and field.  Cam is a pleasure to coach.  He is extremely respectful, polite, and courteous,” Lake Region Coach Mark Snow said. “He competes in the throwing events and has improved throughout the season.  We wish he had been on our team for four seasons, but we are happy he found time time to join us this year.”

Cam has shown incredible determination to get better at something he had never tried before this spring, Coach Dana Caron said, and has always been willing to listen to pointers from his teammates and coaches.

In recognition of his strong work ethic, determination, commitment and good sportsmanship, Cam is this week’s Boosters and Hancock Lumber “Player of the Week.” Each week, a Lake Region athlete is recognized for his/her dedication (does more than what is asked), work ethic, coachability and academic good standing. Recipients receive a specially-designed t-shirt, sponsored by Hancock Lumber.
