Philip Lymburner, 81

STEEP FALLS — Philip “Slim” Lymburner, 81, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018, at the Bridgton Health Care Center.

He was born Nov. 25, 1937 in Portland, the son of Rexford and Eileen Lymburner. He worked for Blue Rock Industries for over 20 years, until his retirement. Prior to this, he was a meat cutter and had many other jobs in his life. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. Philip loved to tell interesting stories about his life, and he had many. He loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He also liked driving down bumpy roads with his grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, Dolores, of 40 years, who passed away in 2007.

He is survived by many children, including Michelle Lymburner of Bridgton and David Lymburner of Sebago. He had lots of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be no service.
