Oxford County Superior Court Indictments – October 15, 2010

PARIS — The following individuals were indicted October 15, 2010 by an Oxford County Superior Court grand jury for crimes allegedly committed in the Lake Region:

Marcia J. Ackerman, 51, of Brownfield, one count each Class B unlawful trafficking in Scheduled drugs and Class D marijuana cultivation.

Cory Scott Allen, 24, of Lovell, one count each Class C aggravated operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation and Class D criminal operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.

Christopher Avery, 30, of Bridgton, one count each Class C aggravated operation of a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation, Class C operating a motor vehicle after license revocation, Class C eluding a law enforcement officer, Class E criminal speed, Class E improper registration plates, Class E operating an unregistered motor vehicle and Class E driving to endanger.

James Richard Bean, 38, of Dracut, Mass., one count each Class C unlawful possession of Scheduled drugs, Class E unlawful possession of Scheduled drugs and Class E public drinking.

David A. Berry, 44, of Andover, one count each Class C reckless conduct and Class C criminal threatening.

James R. Bickford, 58, of Brownfield, one count each Class C criminal threatening and Class C reckless conduct.

Matthew Hatch, 35, of Brownfield, one count each Class B aggravated assault and Class D assault.

Wesley E. Hewey, 56, of Lovell, two counts of Class C operating a motor vehicle after license revocation, two counts of Class E violation of a condition of release and one count each Class D refusing to submit to arrest, Class D reckless conduct and Class E failure to stop for a law enforcement officer.
