LONG PINE, NEB. — Christian Kilgore, formerly of Casco, passed away April 19, 2009, of a heart attack.
He was born in Portland on Aug. 23, 1964, the son of the late Peter T. Kilgore and Jeanette (DiFilippo) Crooker.
Chris is survived by his mother; his brother Kevin of Casco; his half-brother Kalen Kilgore and half-sister Shawnee Kilgore of Sumas, Wash.; his aunt and his uncles. He also leaves behind his longtime friend, Sandy Martin, with whom he made his home for many years in Arizona and Nebraska.
A private service will be held.
NAPLES — Janice M. Marshall, a 20-year resident of Sebago Road, died peacefully at Maine Medical Center after a brief illness.
A former 20-year resident and business owner in Salisbury/Amesbury, Mass., Janice was born in Salem to Harriet and Edgar Cyr. She was a dedicated wife, married to Ron for 49 years, and devoted mother to her three girls, Kathleen, Lynne, and Tracy. Janice was a gracious, hardworking lady, who never complained and enjoyed life’s simple pleasures.
Survivors include husband Ronald B. Marshall; daughters Kathleen J. Marshall and Lynne M. Marshall of Dover, N.H., and Tracy M. Kolian of Washington, D.C.; sister Claudette Krisko; brother Rodney Cyr; as well as many nieces and nephews
She is predeceased by siblings Jacqueline O’Brien, Elaine Caron, David Cyr, and Paulette Belanger.
A celebration of her life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home, 165 Quaker Ridge Road, Casco. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. this Saturday, May 2, at the New Life Community Church, 186 East Maine Street, Georgetown, Mass., followed by a time for food and fellowship.
