Norma C. Hall, 86

SEBAGO — Norma C. Hall, 86, of passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018.

Norma was born on Aug. 13, 1932 in Baldwin, and she proudly lived her entire life in this area. She was an avid classical pianist, and prided herself on her many instruments, including her beautiful baby grand piano. Norma loved her animals, especially her many dogs and conure birds over the years.

She was very active in boating, snowmobiling, and scuba diving, where she met her beloved late husband of 50 years, Ed. They were both extremely proud founding members of The Sebago Branch Duckers Snowmobile Club.

Norma was very dedicated to her career and earned her master’s degree at the University of Southern Maine taking night classes. Her career included processing blood alcohol samples for the State Police. She had countless stories. Norma’s greatest passion of late was looking out and admiring the Northwest River wildlife, where she happily lived independently for the past 65 years. All who knew her, loved her. She will be sorely missed by all.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Westbrook Animal Refuge League, or hay can be donated to the horses at The Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals in Windham — as animals were her true passion.

There will be an informal celebration of life at the Church of the Nazarene in Sebago on Friday, Nov. 30 from 12 to 3 p.m.

Norma expressly requested of all, “No sad faces — just funny stories, happy memories…and lots of meatballs.”
