The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from September 17 through 23, 2010:

Michael M. Afthim, 61, of South Portland, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 25, 2010 in Casco and was fined $200.

Thomas J. Auger, 31, of Lewiston, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 17, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Daniel P. Belmont, 21, of Medway, Mass., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on Aug. 16, 2008 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Sandra Bernier, 55, of Parsonsfield, was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 30, 2010 in Standish and was fined $100.

Rebecca Berry, 20, of Casco, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked on July 15, 2010 in Naples and was fined $250. As the result of a plea agreement, Berry had a charge of displaying a fictitious motor vehicle certificate on the same date in Naples dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.

Daniel Breeling, 21, of Needham, Mass., was found guilty of possession of fireworks on Aug. 27, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.

Geoffrey H. Brent, 51, of Reisterstown, Md., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 11, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Megan Brown, 25, of Standish, was found guilty of driving to endanger on July 30, 2010 in Standish and was fined $575 and had her driver’s license suspended for 30 days. As the result of a plea agreement, Brown had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on the same date in Standish dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.

James Canfield, 25, of Casco, was found guilty of using a counterfeit motor vehicle inspection sticker on July 8, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $150.

Leonard W. Carruthers, 49, of Sebago, had bail on pending charges of domestic violence assault (two counts) and domestic violence criminal threatening on Aug. 7, 2010 in Sebago transferred to Cumberland County Superior Court in Portland.

Adam Chiaccio, 22, of Portland, had charges of operating a motor vehicle after the registration was suspended and operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked (prior conviction) on Aug. 20, 2010 in Fryeburg transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

William B. Coppersmith, 26, of Windham, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on May 31, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $100.

Scott Craig, 19, of South Casco, was found guilty of operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on July 13, 2010 in Casco and was fined $100.

Wayne Curlew, 20, of South Portland, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on July 29, 2010 in Standish and was fined $200.

James N. Dolloff Jr., 23, of Standish, had a charge of domestic violence assault on Sept. 11, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Patrick A. Dubrule, 50, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 15, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $150.

Gerald L. Emerson, 47, of Naples, had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 17, 2009 in Bridgton dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Kevin V. Finkenauer, 37, of Waterford, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 27, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Peter Cornish Fleming, 75, of Center Lovell, was found guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 15, 2010 in Lovell and was fined $200.

John A. Furrier, 44, of Palo Alto, Calif., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for violation of watercraft rules on July 23, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Richard B. Gardner, 52, of Brownfield, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 18, 2010 in Porter transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Charles A. Gaura Jr., 26, of Andover, was found guilty of driving to endanger on July 22, 2010 in Standish and was fined $575 and had his driver’s license suspended for 30 days.

Matthew Goodhue, 21, of Boston, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Zachary P. Goroshko, 19, of Medford, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Bryan Lee Hale, 28, of Crystal River, Fla., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 24, 2010 in an unspecified town and was fined $100.

Bryden D. Haskell, 20, of Baldwin, was found guilty of being a minor consuming liquor on July 29, 2010 in an unspecified town and was fined $200.

Eric G. Heath, 40, of Bridgton, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 30, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Thomas L. Howard, 45, of Saco, was found guilty of using a false motor vehicle inspection sticker on July 2, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $150.

Richard B. Hudson Jr., 45, of Naples, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 17, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Kenneth W. Hyde, 26, of Dublin, Ireland, was found guilty of drinking in public on Aug. 15, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.

Garrett S. Johnson, 19, of Porter, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor transporting liquor on July 4, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $200.

Timothy Johnson, 22, of Standish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked (prior conviction) on June 3, 2010 in Standish dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Peter Jordan, 61, of Harrison, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 25, 2010 in Casco and was fined $150.

Erin Joyce, 20, of Harrison, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor consuming liquor on June 12, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Alexei Kiezulas, 19, of Kennebunkport, was found guilty of being a minor transporting liquor on July 4, 2010 in Casco and was fined $200 and had his driver’s license suspended for 30 days.

Gerald F. Knox, 39, of Peabody, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 25, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Brian Leclair, 31, of Limington, was found guilty of displaying a fictitious motor vehicle certificate on April 3, 2010 in Standish and was fined $150.

Roger A. Levesque, 48, of Portland, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment July 21, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Jeremy D. Littlefield, 23, of Sebago, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of drug paraphernalia on June 25, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $300.

John Ludwig, 52, of Denmark, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Edward J. Lynch Jr., 61, of Danvers, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 17, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Rupert E. Maclean, 24, of Naples, was found guilty of attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on July 24, 2010 in Naples and was fined $150.

Kenneth W. MacNeal, 42, of Gladwyne, Pa., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 17, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Kevin E. Marsters, 50, of Litchfield, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 28, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Kirk E. McDermith, 46, of Denmark, had the following charges transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury: terrorizing, assault and disorderly conduct by use of offensive words and/or gestures on June 25, 2010 in Denmark and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (one prior conviction) and violating a condition of release on July 24, 2010 in Denmark.

Derek Miller, 23, of Casco, had a charge of failing to make an oral or written accident report on March 27, 2010 in Casco dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Jarrod Milton, 29, of Raymond, had a charge of violating a condition of release on July 21, 2010 in Raymond dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Ryan M. Mongeau, 18, of Petersham, Mass., had a charge of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 15, 2010 in Denmark dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Kenneth L. Morrell, 54, of Standish, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked (one prior conviction) on May 12, 2010 in Standish and was fined $750.

Robert E. Muffett, 22, of Glen, N.H., was found guilty of attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on Sept. 15, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Debra Newquist, 42, of Raymond, was found guilty of permitting the attachment of false motor vehicle registration plates on July 14, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $150.

Thomas H. Newton, 43, of Westford, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for violation of watercraft rules on July 24, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Michael T. O’Mara, 51, of Weymouth, Mass., was found guilty of transporting malt liquor or wine on July 30, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $116.

Richard M. Ozuna, 48, of Danvers, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 21, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Russell Parent, 45, of Bridgton, had a charge of possession of marijuana on June 3, 2010 in Bridgton dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Norman A. Perry, 72, of North Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 19, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days.

David B. Pinkus, 20, of Rockland, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 30, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Ryan D. Pray, 22, of Naples, had charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and failure to register a motor vehicle on Aug. 8, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Scott T. Ryan, 34, of Steep Falls, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 5, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Robin E. Sanderson, 45, of Sweden, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on Aug. 10, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $350.

Sherri Shaw-Davidson, 47, of Fryeburg, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 15, 2010 in Lovell and was fined $100.

Jacob Smith, 22, of Bridgton, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 17, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Joey Smith, 20, of Windham, had charges of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 16, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Timothy Smith, 47, of Windham, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 2, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Matthew T. Spahr, 28, of Bridgton, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Jay T. Sparrow, 64, of Windham, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on July 4, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $150.

Tracie Lee Tracy, 37, of Bridgton, had charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 9, 2010 in Bridgton dismissed, due to insufficient evidence.

Tyler Vandervort, 23, of West Windsor, N.J., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on Aug. 25, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Bertrand F. Welch, 31, of Hiram, was found guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 15, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Jason E. Ziminsky, 38, of Bridgton, had a charge of littering on June 8, 2010 in Bridgton dismissed for an unspecified reason.
