The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from October 8 through 14, 2010:

Kayla J. Amoedo, 21, of Raynham, Mass., was found guilty of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $500.

David Arnold, 50, of Center Conway, N.H., had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Sept. 1, 2010 Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Michael K. Barthelette, 19, of East Longmeadow, Mass., had a charge of fishing without a valid fishing license on Aug. 3, 2010 in Denmark dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Kenneth H. Begley, 38, of Lyndeborough, N.H., was found guilty of failing to display a lake and river protection sticker on Aug. 1, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Keith W. Berkins, 35, of Nashua, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on Aug. 1, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Scott Henry Bissonnette, 31, of Foxboro, Mass., was found guilty of disorderly conduct by making loud, unreasonable noise on Aug. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Matthew J. Bodeau, 19, of Brownfield, had a charge of being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 7, 2010 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Carl P. Bois, 57, of Lovell, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for violating a fishing rule on Aug. 3, 2010 in Denmark and was fined $100.

Gordan Bradley, 20, of Bridgewater, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Jason D. Bucknell, 29, with no hometown listed, had a charge of domestic violence assault on July 9, 2010 in Hiram dismissed, as a witness was unavailable.

Matthew D. Butt, 30, of Londonderry, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for allowing the operation of a motorboat by someone underage on July 30, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Matthew Callaghan, 27, of Porter, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) on July 27, 2010 in Porter and was fined $150.

Derek Jorge Carreiro, 28, of Woburn, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for drinking in public on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.

Rudolph G. Cataldo, 25, of North Andover, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 28, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Talon J. Chandler, 20, of Lovell, was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on June 8, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Matthew Cipriano, 23, of Middlebury, Conn., was found guilty of importing malt liquor or wine on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $250.

Kara Clifford, 20, of Bridgewater, Mass., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Scott T. Curley, 35, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on July 3, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Samantha Leigh Dalrymple, 22, of Billerica, Mass., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of furnishing liquor to a minor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $500.

Amanda Dooner, 21, of Scituate, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Jennifer Marie Downing, 21, of Bridgewater, Mass., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Anthony M. Dunton, 31, of Keene, N.H., was found guilty of drinking in public on Aug. 8, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Lee H. Dutton, 23, of Auburn, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Michael J. Edgar, 22, of Hampton, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for transporting malt liquor or wine on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

William Edwards, 20, of Brownfield, was found guilty of unsworn falsification on July 28, 2010 in Brownfield and was fined $100.

Christopher Feltch, 37, of Boylston, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for allowing the operation of a motorboat by someone underage on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Thomas F. Finnell, 20, of Bellingham, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 22, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Shane M. Fodor, 24, of Rock Hill, N.Y., paid a $250 fine by waiver for importing malt liquor or wine on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg.

Matthew J. Foley, 20, of Woburn, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Amanda P. Fontes, 20, of Bridgewater, Mass., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Casey M. George, 28, of Brentwood, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appeared in court, for an out of door burning violation on Aug. 21, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Joshua M. Gibbel, 30, of Lancaster, Pa., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for violation of watercraft rules on Aug. 6, 2010 in Denmark and was fined $100.

Patrick Francis Gibbons, 19, of Whitman, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor and drinking in public on Aug. 1, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200 and $50, respectively.

Robert Gill, 23, with no hometown listed, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for transporting malt liquor or wine on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

David Paul Gollette, 47, of Worcester, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Taylor G. Grant, 18, of East Waterboro, was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

John Joseph Hannon, 26, of Billerica, Mass., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.

Carl F. Howlett, 19, of Londonderry, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Kevin W. Johndrow, 20, of Bridgewater, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Aaron B. Johnson, 51, of Brownfield, was found guilty of disorderly conduct by using offensive words and gestures on Aug. 13, 2010 in Brownfield and was fined $200.

Michael Kimball, 19, of Brownfield, was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Benjamin Schley Kuhlmann, 23, of Northborough, Mass., was found guilty of transporting malt liquor or wine on Aug. 21, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Lindsay Larkan, 21, of Bridgewater, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Donald J. Logan, 49, of Waterford, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Kurt C. Lundberg, 46, of Shrewsbury, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Jenna Lynch, 19, of Braintree, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 8, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Michael E. Lynch, 25, of Londonderry, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for transporting malt liquor or wine on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

John Madden, 20, of Bridgewater, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

David J. Mahoney, 37, of Boston, Mass., was found guilty of transporting malt liquor or wine on Aug. 8, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $117.

Jonathan W. Marich, 23, of Dedham, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for importing malt liquor or wine on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Sean M. McCabe Jr., 30, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 3, 2010 in Denmark and was fined $100.

Shaun R. McConnell, 19, of Medford, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

Julie E. Mello, 19, of Bridgewater, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $250.

Joshua A. Mercer, 20, of Billerica, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Logan D. Moore, 18, of Stow, was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 25, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

John Murray, 22, of Plymouth, Mass., was found guilty of obstructing governmental administration on Aug. 4, 2010 in Fryeburg and was sentenced to serve 24 hours in the Oxford County Jail. Murray was found guilty of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct by making loud noise in a private place and disorderly conduct by using offensive words and-or gestures on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100 on each. As the result of a plea agreement, Murray had two counts of terrorizing on Aug. 6 and Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for his guilty pleas to the charges listed above.

Branden Nolet, 26, of Weckset, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Ronald Packard, 42, of Harrison, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 22, 2010 in Sweden and was sentenced to serve five days in the Oxford County Jail, fined $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days.

Dwayne J. Paiva, 41, of Middletown, R.I., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for importing malt liquor or wine on Aug. 20, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.

Andrew S. Pearce, 24, of Gloucester, Mass., had a charge of criminal trespass on May 29, 2010 in Fryeburg filed, with $100 court costs assessed.

Christopher Perry, 18, of Billerica, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Emily K. Pillemer, 20, of Arlington, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 7, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Jill J. Powers, 19, of Billerica, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Brianna Pratt, 20, of Epping, N.H., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Sarena L. Preve, 30, of Northwood, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for allowing the operation of a motorboat by someone underage on July 30, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Jacob T. Renaud, 23, of Manchester, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Craig Richardson, 42, of Lovell, was found guilty of violating a condition of release on July 11, 2010 in Lovell and was sentenced to serve 24 hours in the Oxford County Jail.

Jose A. Rodriguez, 36, of North Conway, N.H., had a charge of domestic violence assault on June 29, 2010 in Brownfield dismissed, as a witness was unavailable.

Michael R. Russo, 46, of Worcester, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for allowing the operation of a motorboat by someone underage on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Shain Sanborn, 20, of West Baldwin, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Aug. 7, 2010 in Hiram dismissed, due to insufficient evidence.

Alexander E. Sharp, 20, of Raynham, Mass., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200. As the result of a plea agreement, Sharp had a charge of obstructing governmental administration on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for his admission to the offense listed above.

Lindsay M. Shaw, 19, of Billerica, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Jennifer W. Sloan, 19, of Acton, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Curtis Smith, 31, of Fryeburg, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Aug. 22, 2010 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Christopher M. Spada, 27, of Whitman, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on Aug. 6, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Michael Spadorcia, 27, of Holbrook, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Marc K. Tahtamoni, 21, of Salem, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

John Thibodeau, 38, of Porter, had charges of domestic violence assault on July 27, 2010 in Porter and violating a condition of release on July 28, 2010 in Porter dismissed, as a witness was unavailable.

Kevin Tobyne, 23, of Beverly, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for importing malt liquor or wine on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Gregory Tognacci, 20, of Bellingham, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 22, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Charles L. Tryder Jr., 52, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of failure to register a motor vehicle on Sept. 1, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Anthony F. Varela, 21, of Brockton, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Brian J. Walsh, 20, of Braintree, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 8, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Joseph Patrick Walsh, 19, of Winthrop, Mass., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Cavalho Wanderley Jr., 30, of Leominster, Mass., paid a $100 fine by waiver for failing to display a lake and river protection sticker on Sept. 4, 2010 in Fryeburg.

Rebecca A. Warner, 20, of Guilford, Conn., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 7, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Edward G. Witt Jr., 22, of Madison, N.H., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 20, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days.

Susan E. Yelle, 20, of Raynham, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 14, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Michael F. Young, 28, of Manchester, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for importing malt liquor or wine on July 30, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Roberta Zagrodnick, 29, of North Fryeburg, was found guilty of violating a condition of release on May 7, 2010 in Lovell and was fined $400. As the result of a plea agreement, Zagrodnick had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on May 13, 2010 in Lovell dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.
