Ninth District Court – October 22 through 28, 2010

The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from October 22 through 28, 2010:

Matthew Callaghan, 27, of Porter, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) on July 27, 2010 in Porter and was fined $150.

Patrick S. Cassidy, 35, of Standish, was found guilty of allowing the operation of an all-terrain vehicle by someone under the age of 18 without headgear on Oct. 16, 2010 in Standish and was fined $100.

Carlene E. Eastman, 63, of Bridgton, was found guilty of keeping an unlicensed dog on Sept. 7, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $50.

Charles A. Frost, 50, of North Conway, N.H., was found guilty of violating a condition of release on Oct. 23, 2010 in Brownfield and was sentenced to serve 24 hours in the Oxford County Jail.

William W. Haines, 56, of Fryeburg, had charges of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and violating a condition of release on Sept. 24, 2010 in Fryeburg transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Whitney Henry, 23, of Portland, was found guilty of drinking in public on Aug. 7, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.

Rebecca Loehr, 40, of Conway, N.H., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after the registration was suspended and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Aug. 12, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $150 on each.

Regan McGovern, 20, of Medford, paid a $200 fine by waiver for being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 4, 2010 in Bridgton.

Louise Marie Piazza, 43, of Woburn, Mass., was found guilty of drinking in public on Aug. 7, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.
