Ninth District Court – October 15 through 21, 2010

The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from October 15 through 21, 2010:

Marcus Aurelius Arnheiter, 85, of Center Lovell, had charges of possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle after license suspension on Nov. 30, 2001 in Bridgton dismissed for unspecified reasons.

Michael D. Capodilupo, 20, of Lynnfield, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on August 7, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Jordan S. Ciano, 24, of Middleboro, Mass., was found guilty of allowing the operation of a motorboat by someone underage on July 31, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.

Glenn P. Dodge, 66, of Sebago, was found guilty of carrying a passenger on an all-terrain vehicle without headgear on Oct. 16, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.

Douglas S. Hughes, 40, of Dartmouth, Mass., was found guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on Aug. 20, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Christopher Klessens, 26, of Beverly, Mass., was found guilty of transporting malt liquor or wine on Aug. 28, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Michael R. Leavitt, 20, of Hiram, had charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 11, 2010 in Fryeburg and violating a condition of release on July 24, 2010 in Denmark transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Peter M. Penniman, 19, of Leominster, Mass., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Aug. 21, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.

Kyle A. Robblee, 21, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 25, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Robblee was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) on the same date in Raymond and was fined $400.

Randy A. Scott, 47, of Windham, paid a $350 fine by waiver for possession of marijuana on June 12, 2010 in Bridgton.

Daniel Shaw, 59, of Windham, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on Aug. 20, 2010 in Naples and was fined $150.
