The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from June 25 through July 1, 2010:

Brian D. Beckwith, 48, of Porter, had a charge of domestic violence assault on June 5, 2010 in Porter transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Daniel M. Boutet, 44, of Limington, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on May 9, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Richard A. Cincotta, 39, of Sebago, was found guilty of dealer failing to display number and sticker on June 15, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Nancy Conlan, 50, of Naples, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 29, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Renee L. Gavett, 41, of Standish, had a charge of assault on April 14, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Willard Gralia, 52, of Naples, had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on April 6, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Kyle J. Hart, 23, of Conway, N.H., was found guilty of violation of a fishing rule on April 4, 2010 in Lovell and was fined $100.

Stewart Heath, 46, of Center Conway, N.H., had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 22, 2010 in Fryeburg transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Robin Hutchinson, 47, of Farmington, had a charge of fishing by snagging on April 16, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Alan D. Imlach, 52, of Salem, N.H., had charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and driving to endanger on May 15, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Stephen Indingaro, 42, of Rowley, Mass., was found guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on June 27, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Adam R. Joy, 24, of Troy, paid a $100 fine by waiver for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on May 29, 2010 in Fryeburg.

Timothy Kelly, 42, of Sweden, had three counts of domestic violence assault and one count each criminal mischief and violation of a condition of release on May 22, 2010 in Sweden transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Joseph J. Kesselmark, 44, of Putnam Valley, N.H., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on May 28, 2010 in Harrison and was fined $100.

Elizabeth A. Laming-Lessard, 51, of Casco, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on March 12, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Chad Legere, 28, of Naples, had a charge of domestic violence assault on Feb. 27, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michael K. McDonald, 28, of Raymond, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 2, 2010 in Raymond transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Alexander D. Mitchell, 24, of Troy, paid a $100 fine by waiver for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on May 29, 2010 in Fryeburg.

Rodney S. Mowatt, 46, of Bridgton, had two counts of unlawful trafficking in Scheduled drugs and one count each unlawful possession of a Scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property on March 2, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Matthew A. Petersen, 27, of Sebago, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on May 7, 2010 in Sebago transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michael R. Porter, 54, of Scarborough, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 17, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Derek W. Prox, 20, of Denmark, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on April 4, 2010 in Fryeburg transferred to Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Raymond Sharkey, 39, of Raymond, had charges of domestic violence assault on May 3, 2010 in Raymond and obstructing the reporting of a crime on April 30, 2010 in Raymond transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Dalton J. Thibodeau, 20, of Lewiston, had a charge of being a minor possessing liquor on May 8, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Todd Edwin Tracy, 44, of Windham, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 2, 2010 in Casco transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Christopher H. Warren, 53, of Simsbury, Conn., was found guilty of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on June 20, 2010 in Casco and was fined $100.

Joshua Wilson, 31, of Standish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 30, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jonathan J. Wood, 53, of Otisfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on April 30, 2010 in Harrison transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Benjamin Woodcock, 24, of Buxton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on April 22, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
