Ninth District Court – June 18 through 24, 2010

The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from June 18 through 24, 2010:

Randy Allen, 41, of Harrison, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of marijuana on April 1, 2010 in Harrison and was fined $350.

Thomas A. Allen, 38, of Fryeburg, had a charge of possession of marijuana on Dec. 31, 2009 in Bridgton dismissed.

Jennifer Andrews, 30, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked on May 7, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $500.

Kyle R. Bouchard, 19, of Harrison, was found guilty of failure to register a motor vehicle on May 9, 2010 in Harrison and was fined $150.

Lorie-Ann Boutilier, 50, of Bridgton, paid a $100 fine by waiver for fishing without a valid fishing license on April 2, 2010 in Harrison.

Troy Boyd, 35, of Leeds, was found guilty of fishing with more than two lines on April 5, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Mark Brant, 43, of Bridgton, was found guilty of disorderly conduct by using offensive words and/or gestures on March 4, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $200.

As the result of a plea agreement, Brant had charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention (bodily injury) on March 4, 2010 in Bridgton and assault on March 5, 2010 in Bridgton dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.

David J. Carney, 23, no hometown listed, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating an all-terrain vehicle on a temporarily closed trail on May 2, 2010 in Casco and was fined $100.

John A. Carvalho, 59, of Arlington, Mass., had a charge of allowing a dog to be at large on Jan. 24, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial.

Robert J. Clark, 21, of Naples, had charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 10, 2010 in Casco permanently transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michael Clemons, 41, of Conway, N.H., had a charge of violation of a fishing rule on April 4, 2010 in Lovell dismissed.

Edward J. Cooper, 24, of Sebago, had charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on Feb. 21, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Lawrence E. Elowe, 53, of Naples, was found guilty of displaying a fictitious motor vehicle certificate on May 22, 2010 in Naples and was fined $150.

Zachery Finger, 24, of Poland, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating an all-terrain vehicle on a temporarily closed trail on May 2, 2010 in Casco and was fined $100.

Christopher E. Green, 48, of Naples, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) on April 30, 2010 in Casco and was fined $400.

Kevin M. Greenwood, 21, of Bay Shore, N.Y., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on April 5, 2010 in Casco and was fined $100.

George A. Haines, 37, of Bartlett, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on April 5, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Robert Hall, 39, of Standish, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on May 6, 2010 in Standish and was fined $150.

Shaun Harlow, 18, of Standish, had three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 7, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michele Hebert, 44, of Standish, was found guilty of permitting the unlawful use of a motor vehicle on May 7, 2010 in Standish and was fined $150.

Clayton D. Howe, 24, of Bridgton, paid a $100 fine by waiver for failure to register a motor vehicle on March 29, 2010 in Bridgton.

Adam Irish, 27, of Sebago, paid a $100 fine by waiver for operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on April 24, 2010 in Sebago.

James J. Jamison Jr., 33, of Gray, was found guilty of operating a motorized watercraft at greater than headway speed on April 4, 2010 in Naples and was fined $100.

Jason Johnson Jr., 33, of South Portland, had a charge of violating the number, amount, weight or size of fish on May 2, 2010 in Naples filed with $100 court costs assessed.

Anthony B. Knight, 19, of Naples, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor possessing liquor on May 8, 2010 in Naples and was fined $200.

Andrew Labbe, 22, of Poland, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating an all-terrain vehicle on a temporarily closed trail on May 2, 2010 in Casco and was fined $100.

Jeffrey Leary, 32, of Naples, had bail on a pending charge of violation of a protective order on April 5, 2010 in Naples transferred to Cumberland County Superior Court in Portland.

James K. O’Donal, 55, of Sebago, had charges of failing to stop for an officer and terrorizing on April 19, 2009 in Sebago dismissed for unspecified reasons.

Thomas Perry, 49, of Bridgton, had charges of aggravated operation of a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on April 5, 2010 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jeffrey R. Porter, 33, of South Casco, paid a $100 fine by waiver for operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way on April 4, 2010 in Casco.

Kevin Reardon, 22, of Standish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on April 7, 2010 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

James Reynolds, 52, of Wilmington, Del., was found guilty operating a watercraft without safety equipment on May 27, 2010 in Lovell and was fined $100.

Michael Rogers, 42, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on March 2, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $750 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days. As the result of a plea agreement, Rogers had a second charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on the same date in Bridgton dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.

James F. Ross, 57, of Raymond, was found guilty of failing to extinguish a fire and burning without a permit on April 11, 2010 in Raymond and was fined $100 and $50, respectively.

Robert Rodney Ross, 40, of Naples, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of marijuana on April 12, 2010 in Naples and was fined $350.

Thomas A. Sanborn, 36, of Portland, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on May 21, 2010 in Standish and was sentenced to serve seven days in the Cumberland County Jail, fined $700 and had his driver’s license suspended for three years.

Lee S. Scarlett, 43, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked and violating a condition of release on Aug. 7, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $500 and $100, respectively. As the result of a plea agreement, Scarlett had a charge of operating a motor vehicle after the registration was suspended on the same date in Bridgton dismissed, in exchange for his guilty pleas to the charges listed above.

Cory S. Simmons, 28, of St. George, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for violating a fishing rule on April 2, 2010 in Harrison and was fined $100.

Christian L. Soucy, 18, of Easton, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 8, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $350 and $300, respectively.

Justin P. Stanton, 26, of Harrison, was found guilty of furnishing liquor to a minor on April 20, 2010 in Harrison and was fined $500.

Steve J. Stevens Jr., 35, of Casco, paid a $100 fine by waiver for violating a fishing rule on April 18, 2010 in Casco.

Gary Albert Theriault, 47, of Naples, had a charge of violation of a protective order on March 16, 2010 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jon Vaughn-Carr, 53, of Casco, was found guilty of displaying a fictitious motor vehicle certificate on April 11, 2010 in Casco and was fined $150.

Melissa A. Webster, 37, of Standish, was found guilty of violating a condition of release and operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked on March 15, 2010 in Standish and was fined $100 and $500, respectively.

Jared Wilkey, 27, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of failing to make an oral or written accident report on May 1, 2010 in Naples and was fined $250.

Daniel Young, 20, of Naples, was found guilty of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on May 8, 2010 in Naples and was fined $500.
