WOBURN, MASS. — Nadine J. (Cooke) Whitten, 53, died in Woburn, Mass., Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017.

Nadine was the loving daughter of Joanne (Cook) Cooke of N.H.; the beloved wife of Robinson Sawyer Whitten II and the dedicated and loving mother of Marissa A. Shannon and her husband Timothy of Tewksbury, Mass., Robinson S. Whitten III, and Phillip J. Whitten, both of Woburn, Mass; the devoted sister of Chester Cooke of Beverly, Mass., Debbie Campana of Hamilton, Mass., Mark Cooke of Amesbury, Mass., Becky Bonnell of Salem, N.H., Raymond Cooke of Lynn, Mass., and Joanne Barbarito of N.H. the special “Gammy” of Benjamin Sawyer Shannon the exceptional daughter-in-law of Virginia D. Whitten of Fla., the late Charles R. Whitten and sister-in-law of David Whitten of N.H., Steven Whitten of Woburn, Mass., and Walter Whitten of Fla. She is also survived by many, many, loving nieces and nephews.

Calling hours were held on Monday, Feb. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m., followed by a Memorial service at 7 p.m., in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St., Woburn, Mass.
