Margaret grew up in Rumford and attended Stephen’s High School. Mostly, Margaret was about love… love of her children and grandchildren, and her brothers and sisters. She never forgot a birthday and loved to celebrate family triumphs. She was very proud of her family.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, JoAnne R. Harbourt and her husband, Carl, of Denmark; her daughter, Corinne H. Holt and her husband, Robert, of Haymarket Va.; and her son, Frederick W. Robbins Jr. and his wife, Judy, of Hiram; and seven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Ethylene Wight, of Green Valley, Ariz., Irene Gordon, of Marlboro, Mass., and Ruth Scammon, of Metheun, Mass.; her brothers, Charles Broomhall, of Green Valley, Ariz., Wendall (Chummy) Broomhall, of Rumford, Erlon Broomhall, of Shaftsbury, Vt., Raymond Broomhall, and Phillip Broomhall, of Rumford; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Frederick W. Robbins, and her brothers, Victor, William, and Robert Broomhall.

A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held during the 2014 summer. Invitations to family and friends will follow.
