WESTFIELD, MASS. — Laurette L. Rollins, 89, of Westfield Mass., passed away  Wednesday March 6, 2013, surrounded by family.

She was born in Springfield, Mass., Aug. 14, 1923, to the late Victor and Ada (Ethier) Brunelle. Laurette was the widow of Kenneth B. Rollins, who died in 1998. They were married on Aug. 26, 1944. She moved to Westfield in 1955 and later to Dundee, Fla., and returned to Westfield in 2005 to be closer to family.

Laurette enjoyed needlepoint, cross-stitch and reading. She leaves two sons, Douglas Rollins and his wife Joanne of Westfield, and Victor Rollins and his wife Diane Reo of Fryeburg; two daughters, Genevieve Beebe and her husband Richard of Waterford, and Marjorie Meczywor and her husband Richard of Blandford Mass.; a sister Vivian Supczak of South Hadley, Mass.; 12 grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Laurette was predeceased by her brother William L. Brunelle, and sister Yvonne Barsalou.

Laurette was interred at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Spring-field and a Memorial Mass was held on March 16.
