Keith A. Thompson, 69, of Bridgton, passed away suddenly on Aug. 6, 2016. He was the son of the late Arthur and Barbara (Howard) Thompson of Bridgton.

Keith grew up working in the woods at a young age with his father and family. Later on, he worked at Sebago Moc in Bridgton, until it closed. He worked at Food City and Hannaford until he retired.

He married Shannon (Lord) Thompson in June of 1977.

Keith enjoyed snowmobiling, racing, collecting chain saws, repairing anything mechanical, and spending time with this family and close friends.

He was predeceased by his parents; a brother, Bub; and a sister, Sheryl.

He is survived by his wife, Shannon, of New York; a brother, Fred “Joe” Thompson and his wife, Wanda; a nephew, Jason Thompson and his wife, Jennifer, all of Bridgton; and a niece, Kelly (Thompson) and her husband, Jerry Breceda of Gulfport, Mississippi.

Service and burial will be at a later date.
