Kayla C. Pray

NAPLES — Kayla Christine Pray, 19, passed away at home in her sleep on Oct. 22, 2010.

Born in Portland, she was a daughter of Dean Pray, Jr. and Terri Timmons. Kayla had an infectious smile and a magical spirit that attracted many people who loved her dearly. She gave a whole meaning to unconditional love as far as her brother, Ryan and sister, Kyrstin, were concerned. The love and support which Kayla received from her family and friends was paid forward many times over by Kayla. Kayla’s meetings with her several doctors, teachers and aides throughout her short life were positive and pleasurable because of the great personality and positive inner energy. For 19 years, everyone thought we were her rock, but we now realize “she was ours.”

Kayla was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Dean Pray, Sr. and Kathleen Irish Pray.

Surviving her are her mom, Terri Timmons; her dad, Dean Pray, Jr.; brother Ryan; her identical twin sister, Kyrstin; maternal grandparents, Robert and Christine Timmons; uncle and aunts; and many other relatives and special friends.

A gathering to celebrate her life and the many lives Kayla touched will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the home of Robert and Peggy Timmons, 8 Mimi Lane, Windham.

Arrangements are by Dolby Funeral Chapel, Windham. Online condolences may be left at www.dolbyfuneralchapels.com
