Karl D. Klein, 58, of Bridgton, died Saturday, March 22, 2014 at his home.

He was born in Philadelphia, Pa. on June 9, 1955, where he lived with his parents, Harry and Mildred Chadwick Klein, brothers and sisters until moving to Bridgton in 1985. He worked at Shawnee Peak in the winter and Kezar Lake Country Club in the summer and provided home care for his mother when she was wheelchair bound.

He is survived by his mother, Mildred Klein of Bridgton; his siblings, Bruce and Brenda of Philadelphia, Pa., Paul of Harrison, Bob of Florida, and Melanie of Croydon, Pa.; two children, Rachel and Karl of Philadelphia, Pa.; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services.
