Joanne Rich-Masotta

DELTONA, FLA. — Joanne Rich Masotta, 57, died suddenly on April 20, 2013, in hospice care in Deltona, Fla.

Joanne was born Oct. 31, 1955, in Portland, Maine. She worked as an in-home decorator and waitress before moving to Florida and working with her husband, Joe. Joanne loved meeting new people and taking care of those she loved, especially her grandchildren. Joanne enjoyed traveling and spending her summers in New England. In addition, she was active in several charities.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; mother, Valarie; two brothers, Stephen and Jimmy; sister, Cathy; son, Chris; and two grandchildren; Zachary and Logan.

She is preceded in death by her father, Henry.

Services will be held at 35 Veterans Memorial Drive in North Windham on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at noon, with a small gathering to follow.
