Helen Veronica Raday, 97, of Bridgton, died at home on Friday, May 20, 2016.

It was her fervent desire to live out her life at her home in Bridgton, where she had resided for the last 25 years. Many thanks to caregivers: Connecting Companions, Androscoggin, FirstLight and especially Karena Murray – who enabled this to occur as she wished. Helen was born in New York City and spent most of her adult life in Rochester, N.Y., before moving to Bridgton with her husband Joseph, who predeceased her. She is survived by her son Kevin (Polly) and grandson Alexander.
