CASCO — Harry Shane, 99, of Casco died Friday evening, Jan. 30, 2015.

He was born on April 11, 1915.

He worked at Hamilton Standard United Aircraft in Windsor Locks, Conn. for 35 years.

He married the love of his life, Doris Merrill, on June 12, 1936. He lived in Bridgton for many years.

Harry is survived by his son, Paul H. Shane of Sanford; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his lovely wife of 73 years, Doris Shane; and two beautiful daughters, Sherri Morgan and Cynthia Walker.

A graveside service will be held on April 17 at the Murch Cemetery in Casco.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Casco Fire and Rescue.
