CASCO — Elizabeth Jane Trefethen, 26, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018.

She was born in Portland on Sept. 6, 1991, the daughter of Jane and David Trefethen, also of Casco. She graduated from Windham Christian Academy in 2009, where she loved competing in sports as a softball pitcher, and defense in soccer. She enjoyed painting and drawing, reading and caring for her son, Nicholas.

Elizabeth is survived by her parents; her brother, Joseph Trefethen; and her son, Nicholas DiPietrantonio IV, age 7.

A funeral service was held at Hall Funeral Home, 165 Quaker Ridge Road in Casco at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Burial services on Wednesday were private.
