CASCO — Donald E. Soule, of Casco, formerly of Peabody, Mass., and Portland, died on the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013.

Donald was the son of Arthur O. Soule and Gertrude (Gooch) Soule. He grew up in Portland and graduated from Deering High School. He was a graduate of the General Electric Tool & Dye Machinist Apprentice Program, and also attended Northeastern University and Tufts University.

Donald is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judith A. Soule of Casco; his sister, Dorothy (Soule) Lewis of Casco; his daughters, Darlene Soule and Deanne Soule Vasiles; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Denise Soule Raglin.
