OXFORD — Deborah K. “Debbie” Jack, 64, of Oxford, passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2016 at her residence with her family at her side after a lengthy illness.

Debbie was born at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, the daughter of the late Clayton B. Reynolds Jr. and Joan Parise Reynolds. She lived in the Oxford Hills area since she was 12, went to Bible School, and was married to her high school sweetheart, Merle J. Jack, at First Congregational Church in South Paris.
 She was a graduate of Oxford Hills High School in 1971.

Debbie had a daycare in her home for 16 years, and she loved children. She also enjoyed her photography and believed very much in the spirit world and received many spirit pictures. She always said, “I am going home to where I came from, this was the learning lesson and a pit stop to leave my footprints and hopefully I have made a difference.” She also enjoyed crafting and tole painting.
 She was involved in Santa Visits Oxford and played Rudolph. She was also a member of the Oxford Fire Relief and was a volunteer for Oxford Helping Hands Food Pantry.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 47 years; a son, Kevin S. Jack of Otisfield; a daughter, Kelly A. Laplante of Harrison; four beautiful grandchildren; a sister, Judith McBride of Sabattus; a brother, Clayton B. Reynolds III of Biddeford; an uncle and an aunt; a foster mom, Mrs. Jewell of South Paris; many nieces and nephews; and a cousin.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2016 at the First Congregational Church in South Paris.
