PORTLAND — The following individuals were indicted Aug. 5, 2010 by a Cumberland County Superior Court grand jury for crimes allegedly committed in the Lake Region:

Anthony Carro, 24, of Waterford, one count each Class A aggravated trafficking in Scheduled W drugs (within 1,000 feet of a school), Class C aggravated trafficking in Scheduled Z drugs (within 1,000 feet of a school), Class B trafficking in Scheduled W drugs, Class D trafficking in a Scheduled Z drug and two counts of criminal forfeiture.

Eric Hanson, 29, of Raymond, two counts each Class B burglary and Class C burglary, and Class C theft and one count each Class B theft and Class D theft by receiving stolen property.

Lyndsey Kadziauskas, 23, of Raymond, two counts each Class B theft and Class C theft and one count each Class B burglary and Class C burglary.

Kenneth Kularski, 28, of Raymond, one count each Class C trafficking in a Scheduled drug, Class C possession of heroin, Class D marijuana cultivation and criminal forfeiture.

David Merrill, 51, of Baldwin, one count each Class C aggravated criminal trespass and Class D assault.

Emily Siciliano, 27, of Raymond, one count each Class C trafficking in a Scheduled drug, Class C possession of heroin, Class D marijuana cultivation and criminal forfeiture.

Courtney Underwood, 27, of Bridgton, one count of Class C stealing drugs.
