Ninth District Court

DECEMBER 25 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2009

The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from December 25 through 31, 2009:

Christopher J. Arsenault, 26, of Worcester, Mass., had two counts of assault and one count of refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg transferred to the Oxford County Superior Court in Paris to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Kyra Jean Hazelton, 33, of North Waterboro, had a charge of speeding 30 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit on Sept. 17, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jason M. Knights, 25, of Naples, had a charge of possession of marijuana on Sept. 27, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Real Marchand, 61, of Sainte Arne de Samet, Quebec, Canada, was found guilty of possession of more than 13 days of duty status records on Oct. 23, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $250.

Susan Ann Morton, 50, of Bridgton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Sept. 3, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Francesco Patriotti, 33, of Bridgton, had a charge of cultivating marijuana on Sept. 23, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
