The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from December 18 through 24, 2009:
Jessica C. Anderson, 33, of Bridgton, was found guilty of cultivating marijuana on Sept. 4, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $400. As the result of a plea agreement, Anderson had a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on the same date in Bridgton dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.
Chad Bancroft, 21, of Raymond, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Aug. 19, 2009 in Raymond dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Kayla Clifford, 22, of Windham, was found guilty of unsworn falsification on Nov. 17, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $250.
Brendan Coughlan, 19, of Tewksbury, Mass., had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Oct. 10, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Edward O. Ellis, 37, of Casco, had charges of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked and attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on April 1, 2008 in Casco transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Daniel W. Ford, 40, of Baldwin, had a charge of disorderly conduct by using offensive words and-or gestures on July 28, 2009 in Baldwin transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
James Foss, 29, of Raymond, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Oct. 16, 2009 in Raymond and was fined $250.
William E. Gilpatric, 72, of Kennebunk, had a charge of possessing a wild animal or bird in violation of Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife rules on Oct. 1, 2009 in Naples filed with $150 court costs assessed.
Clinton Goddard, 30, of Bridgton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Sept. 6, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Keith Hardy, 23, of Walpole, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 1, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Laurie Hathaway, 59, of Perkinsville, Vt., had a charge of theft by deception on July 12, 1999 in Naples dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Nathan E. Huff, 19, of Limington, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) on Oct. 16, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Paul Hunter, 22, of Denmark, had a charge of possession of marijuana on Aug. 1, 2009 in Bridgton dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Randall W. Irwin, 20, of Standish, was found guilty of failure to register a motor vehicle on Oct. 29, 2009 in Standish and was fined $100.
Matthew Jefferds, 27, of Naples, had a charge of terrorizing on Oct. 27, 2009 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Paul C. Larsen Jr., 21, of Raymond, was found guilty of operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on Nov. 8, 2009 in Casco and was fined $100.
Bobbi Jo Light, 37, of Buxton, had charges of attaching false motor vehicle registration plates and failure to register a motor vehicle on Oct. 3, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Felix Lincoln, 35, of New Gloucester, had a charge of operating an all-terrain vehicle to endanger on Aug. 25, 2009 in Casco dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to another, unspecified, charge.
Robert A. Mann, 42, of Windham, was found guilty of attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on Oct. 6, 2009 in Raymond and was fined $150.
Lara Mannion, 51, of Casco, had charges of criminal mischief and assault on March 25, 1999 in Casco dismissed for unspecified reasons.
Alan R. McCready, 25, of Standish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Nov. 4, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Kelly A. Murphy, 40, of Baldwin, was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 26, 2009 in Standish and was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $5.45.
David L. Neal, 23, of Bridgton, had charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and violating a condition of release on Sept. 21, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Stephen Raymond Newhall Jr., 34, of Bridgton, was found guilty of harassment by telephone on Aug. 31, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $250.
Leanne G. Porcaro, 18, of Gray, was found guilty of operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on Nov. 11, 2009 in Sebago and was fined $100.
Steven Robicheau, 28, of Harrison, was found guilty of attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on Oct. 15, 2009 in Casco and was fined $250.
Randi L. Saunders, 39, of Bridgton, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 17, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $300.
Paul Sekenski, 41, of Conway, N.H., had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 17, 2009 in Baldwin transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Thomas J. Snow, 20, of Gilmanton, N.H., had charges of criminal trespass on Oct. 31, 2009 in Standish and criminal mischief on Nov. 1, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Timothy W. Stanton, 43, of Harrison, had a charge of failing to comply with the Maine Sex Offender Registration Act (first offense) on Oct. 23, 2009 in Harrison transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Jennifer Sulewski, 38, of Limington, was found guilty of being a supervisor who did not accompany a junior hunter on Oct. 31, 2009 in Standish and was fined $100.
William R. Szymanski, 33, of Standish, was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 15, 2009 in Standish and was fined $100.
Amanda Wallace, 30, of Raymond, had bail on a pending charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 5, 2009 in Scarborough transferred to the Cumberland County Superior Court in Portland.
Joshua Warren, 20, of Windham, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor consuming liquor on Sept. 5, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $200.
Stephen Winn, 48, of Standish, had a charge of domestic violence assault on Nov. 27, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Robert W. Yankowsky, 33, of Raymond, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Oct. 3, 2009 in Raymond and was fined $500.
