The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from December 11 through 17, 2009:
Ryan Jeffrey Banks, 27, of Avon, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Robert A. Bertrand, 20, of Porter, was found guilty of criminal trespass on Oct. 31, 2009 in Porter and was fined $300.
Molly Bailey Besdine, 39, of Chatham. N.H., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 28, 2009 in Fryeburg and was sentenced to serve three days in the Androscoggin County Jail, with sentence stayed until Feb. 12, 2010, fined $600 and had her driver’s license suspended for 90 days. As the result of a plea agreement, Besdine had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.
Kyle R. Blaisdell, 20, of Marblehead, Mass., had a charge of being a minor transporting liquor on July 25, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Daniel C. Burnham, 19, of Brownfield, was found guilty of failing to obtain a driver’s license on Sept. 26, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Mark E. Christie, 43, of Woburn, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Alexander S. Crawford, 20, of Denmark, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor consuming liquor on Sept. 20, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Melissa R. Davenport, 19, of Denmark, was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of being a minor consuming liquor on Sept. 20, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Matt J. Deady, 38, of Rockland, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Alexander B. Denney, 19, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of speeding 30 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit on Aug. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $500.
Derek W. Eastman, 45, of Porter, was found guilty of domestic violence assault on Aug. 3, 2008 in Porter and was fined $300.
Kevin T. Farley, 48, of Candia, N.H.., had a charge of criminal mischief on Aug. 19, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Liam F. Farley, 23, of Candia, N.H., had a charge of criminal mischief on Aug. 19, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Ginelle S. Gardner, 23, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of disorderly conduct by using offensive words and-or gestures on June 16, 2008 in Fryeburg and was fined $100. As the result of a plea agreement, Gardner had charges of assault and terrorizing on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.
Aaron J. Grant, 19, of Conway, N.H., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Oct. 15, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Susan G. Greenwood, 63, of New York, New York, had a charge of failing to yield the right of way on Aug. 9, 2009 in Fryeburg filed with $500 court costs assessed.
Ryan C. Griffin, 25, of Phillips, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on Oct. 3, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Benjamin Hawthorne, 25, of North Conway, N.H., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Oct. 11, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Michael A. Hodgdon, 21, of Porter, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Oct. 31, 2009 in Porter and was fined $300.
Ronald James, 25, of Medford, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 1, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Todd M. Lavallee, 34, of Candia, N.H., had a charge of criminal mischief on Aug. 19, 2009 in Fryeburg filed with $75 court costs assessed.
Ryan Christopher Mantowski, 26, of Portland, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Johnny P. Mazmanian, 53, of North Conway, N.H., had a charge of threatening display of a weapon on July 28, 2009 in Fryeburg filed with no court costs assessed.
Shaun M. McDevitt, 30, of Portland, was found guilty of driving to endanger on Aug. 18, 2009 in Hiram and was fined $575 and had his driver’s license suspended for 30 days. As the result of a plea agreement, McDevitt had a charge of failing to make an oral or written accident report on the same date in Hiram dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.
Stacie Millett, 24, of Bridgton, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of marijuana on Oct. 18, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.
Christopher D. Moulton, 23, of Glen, N.H., was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of marijuana on Sept. 3, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.
Mike R. Parsons, 23, of Carver, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Alyssa Randall, 18, of Brownfield, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 20, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $300.
Jeremy Reardon, 29, of Buxton, was found guilty of operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle on Oct. 8, 2009 in Baldwin and was fined $100.
Fred M. Richards Jr., 21, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of furnishing liquor to a minor on Sept. 11, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $500.
William J. Roak, 28, of Portland, had a charge of criminal trespass on Aug. 3, 2008 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Cory Robinson, 24, of East Conway, N.H., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on June 13, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days.
Randi L. Saunders, 39, of Bridgton, defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of marijuana on Sept. 17, 2009 in Bridgton and was fined $350.
Kyle Smart, 20, of Durham, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 27, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Derrick A. Smith, 26, of Rockland, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on May 9, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Sean M. Soulard, 21, of Biddeford, was found guilty of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Oct. 10, 2009 in Denmark and was fined $500.
Miranda B. Thibodeau, 34, of Bradford, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Sept. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.
Ethan O. Turley, 19, of Fryeburg, had charges of criminal mischief and domestic violence reckless conduct on June 28, 2008 in Fryeburg dismissed for unspecified reasons.
Gabriel Scott Wansor, 33, of Porter, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer on Oct. 7, 2009 in Brownfield and was fined $250 and $100, respectively. As the result of a plea agreement, Wansor had charges of displaying a fictitious motor vehicle certificate and attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on the same date in Brownfield dismissed, in exchange for his guilty pleas to the charges listed above.
Mark Weissman, 18, of Tamworth, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for being a minor transporting liquor on Sept. 19, 2009 in Lovell and was fined $200 and had his driver’s license suspended for 30 days.
Robert P. Wentworth, 19, of Center Conway, N.H., was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on Sept. 27, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Brian L. Wormstead, 42, of Saugus, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 11, 1999 in Fryeburg and was fined $50.
