Ninth District Court

DECEMBER 4 THROUGH DECEMBER 10, 2009

The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from December 4 through 10, 2009:

Nathan L. Davis, 31, of Harrison, was found guilty of violating a condition of release on Nov. 28, 2009 in Sweden and was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Oxford County Jail.

Kimberely Jones, 37, of Auburn, was found guilty of possession of marijuana on Dec. 6, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.

Dana S. Manchester, 18, of Otisfield, had a charge of reckless operation of an all-terrain vehicle on Sept. 22, 2009 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Martin E. McInnis, 45, of Cornish, was found guilty of having a loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle on Nov. 7, 2009 in Hiram and was fined $200.

Anthony M. Rancourt, 19, of Rochester, N.H., was found guilty of possession of marijuana on Sept. 4, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.
