The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from Nov. 27 through Dec. 3, 2009:

Derek W. Berube, 22, of Hollis Center, had a charge of violating a condition of release on Aug. 16, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Charles L. Brown III, 56, of South Paris, had a charge of operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 26, 2009 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Joanne Butler, 48, of Bridgton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 11, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Alexandria Clifford, 20, of Casco, had a charge of being a minor transporting liquor on Sept. 12, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

John M. Crowley, 55, of Casco, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Aug. 30, 2009 in Casco transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Shane Day, 20, of Hiram, had a charge of being a minor transporting liquor on Sept. 6, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jeffrey D. Dutil, 40, of Porter, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Sept. 6, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Timothy Gammon, 35, of Gorham, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction on Aug. 22, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jason A. Gordner, 32, no hometown listed, had a charge of operating a watercraft while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 25, 2009 in Raymond transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Michelle A. Herbert, 32, of Hollis, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license (conditional-restricted) on Sept. 19, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Richard Hodson, 28, of Naples, had a charge of failing to make notification of a motor vehicle accident on Sept. 18, 2009 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Donna M. Jean, 42, of Bridgton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 1, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Brian King, 19, of Hollis, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Oct. 3, 2009 in Hollis transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Richard S. Leavitt, 50, of Auburn, had charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and refusing to sign a court summons on Sept. 13, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Mike A. Leonard, 33, of Standish, had a charge of violating a condition of release on Aug. 23, 2009 in Gorham, transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Stephen Lindeman, 59, of Casco, had a charge of criminal mischief on Sept. 14, 2009 in Casco transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Donald MacElree, 35, of Bridgton, had two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on May 8, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Geoffrey Masland, 28, of Newcastle, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 26, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Harlan McAllister, 72, of Stoneham, had a charge of assault on Sept. 9, 2009 in Stoneham dismissed for an unspecified reason.

Lesley L. Mitchell, 19, of Windham, had a charge of being a minor transporting liquor on April 18, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Jamie J. Parker, 31, of Hollis, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 30, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Travis Roney, 24, of Standish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 23, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.

Matthew Scott Rouille, 19, of Naples, had a charge of assault on Aug. 24, 2009 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
