The following matters were taken up in Ninth District Court in Bridgton from November 20 through 26, 2009:
Allen J. Cressey, 28, of Limington, had the following charges on Aug. 1, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury: violating a condition of release, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and speeding 30 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit.
Melissa A. Cross, 33, of Saco, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on Aug. 19, 2009 in Fryeburg dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Duane A. Day Jr., 24, of Parsonsfield, had a charge of criminal mischief on July 5, 2009 in Porter dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Eric W. Gammons, 42, of Sebago, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Sept. 5, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Thomas G. Henderson, 20, of Bridgton, had charges of permitting the unlawful use of a motor vehicle and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Aug. 22, 2009 in Bridgton transferred to the Cumberland County Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Steven D. Henry, 47, of Steep Falls, had the following charges on Sept. 3, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury: operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, obstructing government administration, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stephen G. Odum, 20, of Raymond, had a charge of domestic violence assault on Aug. 3, 2009 in Raymond transferred to the Cumberland County Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Kevin M. Powell, 36, no hometown listed, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Sept. 6, 2009 in Standish transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Scott Rusconi, 48, of Oxford, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Aug. 30, 2009 in Windham transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Smokey’s Greater Shows, of Bangor, was found guilty of a traveling show license violation on Oct. 5, 2009 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Dennis R. St. Saviour, 21, of Cornish, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Sept. 2, 2009 in Naples transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
Danielle Wong, 21, of Windham, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on Sept. 5, 2009 in Casco transferred to the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket in Portland to be scheduled for a trial by jury.
